Prairie Property Management Rebrands to EagleRidge Property Management

FARGO, N.D. – Prairie Property Management has officially rebranded as EagleRidge Property Management, reflecting the company’s continued growth and its alignment with EagleRidge Development.

The transition marks the next chapter for the property management company, which became part of EagleRidge Development through its acquisition of Prairie Property Management in 2016. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio, grown alongside EagleRidge’s residential developments, and become an integral part of the EagleRidge family of companies.

Today, EagleRidge Property Management manages more than 3,480 rental homes throughout the region while providing professional property management services focused on exceptional resident experiences and long-term value for property owners.
