Our Story

What started as a way to help out a friend turned into a successful company. In 2009, Jim Bullis and Jeff Laliberte took over a friend’s multifamily development that was in distress. They were able to successfully partner with the previous owner and bring the project to completion. In the process, development grew into a hobby for the two friends and they decided to try developing something of their own. While initially they thought they would be in the business for one or two years, the company kept growing. EagleRidge Development has now been in operation for over 10 years and has achieved success on 100% of their projects.

 

EagleRidge Development now has over 2,000 single family home sites, 1,800 multifamily units, over 40 acres of commercial land, and a growing team that is dedicated to the company’s mission and process.
