Grand 52 Set to Open Later Summer 2026

Construction at Grand 52 is well underway in south Fargo. Located near 45th street and 52nd Avenue, this new building is an expansion to The Grand community and will feature elevated amenities including a sports simulator, fitness center, community room, and pet wash.

The new apartments will offer a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans ranging from 725-1,415 square feet.

Each apartment will feature quartz countertops, a stunning white backsplash, two-toned cabinets, a private patio or balcony, and central air conditioning.
