This summer, our properties have come alive with opportunities for residents, neighbors, and the broader community to gather, connect, and enjoy the season together. From entertainment to local food trucks and neighborhood gatherings, these events reflect our commitment to creating communities that are more than just places to live or work – they are places to belong.

At EagleRidge Plaza, outdoor movie nights have brought people together under the stars, with titles ranging from Project Hail Mary to the Smurfs. Weekly food truck gatherings have also become a popular summer tradition, bringing local food vendors and visitors from across our community together to enjoy a variety of cuisines. Live music at EagleRidge Plaza has added another element to the summer atmosphere, giving residents and visitors another reason to gather and enjoy the space.

Across our Fargo, Moorhead, and West Fargo properties, weekly community events and block parties have created additional opportunities for residents and neighbors to connect. With food trucks, yard games, and plenty of time to socialize, these gatherings have helped foster a strong sense of community across our properties.
