Construction Completed at Dakota Pediatric Associates

As the general contractor, our team is proud to have completed a new 3,034-square-foot medical office building for Dakota Pediatric Associates in Fargo, ND. Dakota Pediatric Associates specializes in pediatric gastroenterology while also providing comprehensive primary care — from newborn and well-child visits to the treatment of complex digestive conditions such as reflux, constipation, and celiac disease. This facility features seven patient care rooms, dedicated office space for providers and staff, and custom murals that create a warm, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment for families. From the overall layout to the finishing details, every element was intentionally designed to enhance patient care and streamline daily operations.
