Commerce at The Grand is located near the bustling intersection of 52nd Avenue and 45th Street in south Fargo. The building is split into 5 bays, but there is an option to combine bays. Each bay has its own unique storefront and the westernmost bay features a drive-through with convenient in and out access. Parking is available on the north, west, and east sides of the building.
